The dream they could describe but not build.
The brief was a product the client could already describe in detail: a member portal where subscribers see everything in one place, skip a month, manage their own account, inside the brand’s own app. What nobody had managed was getting it built. Four months later it was in production: one engineer carrying the full stack from database to screen, live in front of the entire subscriber base with no soft launch. If you can describe the thing you want built, the hard part is closer to done than you think.
